Transforming Care Academy exists because most mandatory training is written at a distance from the work it's meant to prepare people for. Ours isn't.

OUR STORY

Transforming Care Academy is led by the team behind Innovations in Care, a care provider that achieved an overall CQC rating of Outstanding. That's not a training-industry credential — it's day-to-day experience of running safe, person-centred services, which now shapes every course we deliver.

We're based at Netherhall House, alongside wellbeing and occupational health services and event space — a single destination for care teams to learn, be assessed and be supported.
