WE ARE RECRUITING

Be the voice. Shape the future.

We're looking for co-experts with lived experience of learning disability and/or autism to co-teach Oliver McGowan Tier 2 Training. Your experience matters — together we can build better training and create real change.

Paid role
Travel expenses reimbursed, mentoring provided at every step
Every voice matters
You'll help improve understanding of learning disability and autism across care teams

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Outstanding training for people. Outstanding care for all.

Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training is strongest when it's co-delivered by someone with real, lived experience of learning disability and/or autism — not taught about people, but taught with them.

Co-teach and share your experience

Work alongside our trainers to co-deliver Oliver McGowan Tier 2 sessions.

Specialist training provided

We support you with training and preparation before you co-teach — no prior teaching experience needed.

Make a real difference

Help care staff genuinely understand learning disability and autism, not just tick a compliance box.

Paid position

This is a paid role, with travel expenses reimbursed and mentoring throughout.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Together we can build better training.

01

Co-teach Oliver McGowan Tier 2

Deliver sessions alongside our trainers, bringing your own experience into the room.

02

Share your knowledge

Your lived experience becomes part of how care staff learn — not an add-on.

03

Help improve understanding

Contribute to better, more person-centred care across the teams we train.

Your experience matters.

Every experience counts. Every voice matters. Every future is possible. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
